Different entities : Dyskinesia is generally used in the context of a motor movement disorder, to denote an abnormality, impairment, distortion in movement. Muscle spasm denotes involuntary muscle contraction. Two separate things. What they have in common is that both can involve skeletal muscle and are involuntary.
