Good nutrition : This is a very tough situation to answer on this forum not knowing your genetic or medical history. In general i would recommend a very healthy diet with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables, moderate amounts of lean meat, and plenty of water. Stay away from large quantities of alcohol, caffein, and sugar. Enjoy your age... Usually weight comes on as you get older. Too thin, seek medical help.
