Possible cyst: If you have started your period today, that means you ovulated 2 weeks ago. With ovulation there is always a cyst about 2 cm diameter on one of your ovaries. That cyst can still be present and can cause your pain. If the pain is severe you should see you doctor - if it is tolerable you can try otc pain meds and it will probably go away. If the pain increases, then see your doctor.
