Not usually: This would not be expected unless the person were so fatigued from loss of sleep that h/she were dozing off from exhaustion. Drooling is more often related to bell's palsey or a stroke.

No: I have not read about or encountered a patient withy fibromyalgia who is drooling. Consider seeing a neurologist about this symptom.
