Unknown: Treatment key: daily stretching and moderate intensity low impact cardiovascular exercise. Gently stretch the sore muscles, remembering to breathe as you stretch. Then perform low-impact cardiovascular exercise, brisk walking, cycling or water exercise, aquatic has most significant effect. Start with an amount that is relatively easy and comfortable, add 2-3 mins, once a week. Goal 45-60 min/day.

Hypersenstivity: Fibromyalgia is s pain syndrome which causes certain pain spots especially on the axial paraspinal area. It is associated with poor sleep and this is a key mechanism. The area that filters pain gets "worn out" and people experience pain more acutely than they should. www.thedocstu.com
