Depends: On the sensitivity of the test. Honesty is the best policy, though. So if you're prescribed these meds, it's most likely u're doc wants to b sure you actually are taking them. If not, best to disclose that you've been using them. Your doc can't treat you safely with other meds if a/he doesn't know all the medications you are taking.
