A member asked:

Are they a calcium pump that the can plant to give you calcium when needed?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

No such mechanical: Device, but your bones act like a pump. The vast majority of the body's calcium is contained in bone. When the body needs it, bones naturally release calcium. What you need to do is make sure that your intake contains enough calcium to replenish bone calcium and that the calcium can enter the bone.
