Who knows? : Might be time for you to get a biopsy of the white patch. The pathologist will provide a definitive diagnosis.

See an Oral Surgeon: For evaluation and possible oral cdx brush biopsy or full biopsy to determine the exact cause of the white lesion. There are other white lesions which it could possibly be, and a biopsy would help determine your exact problem.
