Mri showed fluid on radial nerve what does that mean? it's been 5 months & i can't lift without excruciating pain or extend my arm all the way!

Not certain: Your information is too sparse to venture a guess. Possibly you have thoracic outlet syndrome. You need to see an osteopath who can properly diagnose you. The important information is where along the radial nerve (from neck to hand) is the "fluid"?.

Neuritis: Most likely neuritis (unspecified inflammation) or nerve injury - ideally a fat suppression t1 post contrast MRI could show enhancement of the nerve indicating the above abnormalities - if the enhancing area is mass like in appearance it could be a neurofibroma (benign tumor).
