Unlikely. : Typical features of pheochromocytoma would be facial flushing and difficult to control hypertension. Another possible diagnosis for anxiety and bounding pulse with weight loss could be hyperthyroidism. Bounding pulse and poor wound healing are not typically associated with ibs.
