Hi and thanks in advance! relevant (all long-term) symptoms are: increased sweating, hot/cold intolerance, general numbness, slight reduced movement, ibs, anxiety, mild scoliosis. thyroid and diabetes tests fine. what do you think it could be?

Hi... I'm super concerned I've got neuropathy as I seem to have increasing symptoms, especially of autonomic. I've been checked for diabetes and thyroid problems. I do have IBS and anxiety. Maybe autoimmune caused by "leaky gut"? I don't know?
OK so... I have scoliosis... and a fair few mild but worsening neurological symptoms and also IBS and other things. Could scoliosis be the root cause of all of it? The spinal cord seems to give signals to almost everything. Thanks! ?
