Gave up diet soda and have IBS and Gerd. Am On 60 mg dexilant (dexlansoprazole) . Can I get heartburn from drinking iced tea? And I take my pill at night .

I have this need to continously swallow and burp. Burping though does not provide relief. It happens continously making even sleeping impossible. No heartburn symtoms but have taken gaviscon with no relief?
