Pulse: A bounding pulse does not cause either poor circulation or slow wound healing.

No: A strong bounding pulse is in fact the sign of good circulation and should result in normal wound healing.

Not a chance: You are 22 and should have strong pulses. This means you do have good circulation and should heal well. If not look for other causes.

Doubtful: There is one scenario where a strong pulse can be present, with poor circulation. That is in some cases if diabetes where the poor circulation comes from damaged micro vascular vessels, but the major vessels may be spared. This is usually the case with diabetic foot ulcers, and typically in older patients. Unless you have diabetes or some other micro vascular problem, this is porbably not your problem.

The Opposite: Several ways to check circulation. The easiest is to feel the pulse in an artery. The pulse is actually a pressure wave due to the stregth of the heart pump and the stretchability of the arteries. A bounding pulse means that there is great pump function and the arteries are nice and elastic. This will not cause poor circulation but in fact means the circulation is great.
