Does a ct scan reveal blockage or tumors of the colorectal, would a digital rectum exam reveal what is not seen on ct or labs?

Sometimes: Sometimes for both questions. Ct is not the best test for colon ca, but if it is advanced enough to cause a blockage, it is more likely to show it. Digital rectal exam is only food for things the finger can reach. If it can't reach it, it won't detect it.

Yes: Ct good diagnostic test. Digital exam only good for low rectal massas. Might need colonoscopy.
