I been getting dialated eye exam every month. does this hurt me how many dialated eye exams are recomended a year?

Not sure: It is not likely to hurt you. However, if you are getting dilated so frequently it must be because you have some diagnosis that is being monitored closely. A healthy patient does not require dilated exams more than every several years or once a year of there are any risk factors.

Dilation of eyes: This should not harm the eyes. The question is, "why are they dilating your eyes every month?" it may be that reason they are dilating so often may cause long term problems or already has.
