Less D: As a male, you should be able to get sufficient calcium from your diet as long as you drink milk and eat dairy and veggies without problems. 2000 units of vitamin d3/day is all you really need, some will be in your diet. You won't find calcium with 5000 units of d, as that's excessive and not allowed to be sold.
