Today: Fluoxitine is considered a level "c" drug, relatively safe in pregnancy, so i see no reason to avoid starting our efforts at this point. Babies need healthy mom's, so by all means review your situation on a regular basis & confer with your docs & get back on meds if they are needed. The average couple takes about 6m to get pregnant, so do what fits your situation.
