Not a pseudoseizure: Generally, pseudoseisures do not usually occur during sleep. A seizure can cause foaming and blood in the mouth due to biting of the tongue or cheeks.

Not really: A more considered problem is that you had a seizure. Make an appointment with a neurologist and have a eeg to rule in or rule out a seizure.
