Same price: Implants' price does not change with size. It may cost you as much as for your last surgery. If you ask your surgeon you could get an estimate.

Many Resources.: I would suggest starting with the american society of plastic surgery and/or the aesthetic society of plastic surgery to obtain a list of well experienced board-certified plastic surgeons.
 then, i would suggest you visit a few surgeons whose practices  concentrate on aesthetic surgery. See lots of examples of their work and preferably speak/see patients who have had similar procedures done.

Price depends: The cost for breast augmentation will vary depending on geographic location, type of implant, and type of anesthesia. The national average is $5, 975. In my practice most patients spend $5, 000 for a silicone breast augmentation under general anesthesia as an outpatient.
