Can i exchange my breast implants size?

Yes: The short answer is yes. However, if you go smaller in size, there may be excess skin that would need to be addressed. This may involve additional incisions. It's best to discuss this with a board certified plastic surgeon.

Yes: Going smaller can lead to excess skin. Larger depends on current size. Make sure you understand what profile you have in currently, not just cc's.

Sure: Implant size change is the most common reason for re-operative breast implant surgery. www.305plasticsurgery.com.

Yes: Yes, it is usually possible to exchange breast implants to smaller or larger sizes. Of course, every patient's goals and anatomy is different; therefore consultation with board-certified plastic surgeons and a careful communication of your goals will be important. In my practice, i prefer the use of goal pictures to help with the communication process. Best wishes.
