Yes: Yes, it is usually possible to exchange breast implants to smaller or larger sizes. Of course, every patient's goals and anatomy is different; therefore consultation with board-certified plastic surgeons and a careful communication of your goals will be important. In my practice, i prefer the use of goal pictures to help with the communication process. Best wishes.
