It's not clear.: Lupus can affect your blood counts, but your WBC is fine and your platelets are high normal. Your vitamin D is low, and I see you are taking Vitamin D. For the lymphocyte count, look at the normal values on the lab report. If your lympocytes are high or low, your doctor may be following them. I'm not worried by the numbers, but I can't read your doctor's mind. Why not ask? Best to you!
