Nothing serious: Discuss this with the doctor who ordered the tests. There are no deficits for which anything other than muscle relaxants, pain control, anti-inflammatories and exercise should be needed.

X-ray neck: Lordosis is the normal swayback in the neck and lumbar spine. When spasms occur, there is frequently a temporary loss in lordosis. Marginal osteophytes or spurring in the front of the neck is also common and may or may not be associated with symptoms. Symptoms from spurs typically occur when there is nerve pressure or spinal stenosis. An MRI would show, but not needed if no arm pains/numbness.

Means neck spasms: Sounds like you are having neck pain with loss of motion. Marginal osteophytes mean early arthritis changes. Usually we see these finding starting in the 30's. Nothing unusual in the report.
