Why haven't i had my period again yet my gyn did an ultrasound and said i was perfectly fine?

No menses: Menses occurs because of regulation of hormones in the body. If the sequence of hormones does not occur menses may not happen. An ultrasound only shows whether the ovaries and uterus have an abnormalities but say nothing about your hormonal status. Menses may not occur for a number of reasons including, pregnancy, hormone disruption or taking the birth control pill to name a few.
