??? : Heart does not feel hungry but your stomach can. I recommend you get a check up and thyroid and hormone check.

Heart disease: I don't recognize the heart 'feeling like hungry' i suspect you are feeling something gastrointestinal and expressing heart. Alternatively you have an anxiety disorder which is coloring your sensations. You should see your doctor and get input.
