Yes: Yes it is definitely possible. Gallbladder symptoms as you may know present with right upper quadrant pain after eating fatty foods. Diagnostic tests include an ultrasound with gallstones. If your child has an ultrasound performed i would seek a consultation with a pediatric surgeon.
