Hard to say: Need to know size of lesion and whether it is invading any structures. If it is not huge and pet is accurate, could be stage 1.

More info needed: If the pet shows localized nodule with negative lymph node involvement, may be stage 1 depending on size of nodule and exact location. Consult with your treating physician to discuss pet results.

Need more info: To completely stage, would need more information. However, lymph node involvement excluded stage 0 and stage i. If lymph nodes are on the same side as the hilar tumor, the tumor is at least 2 cm from the carina (where trachea divides into r and l main bronchi) and the tumor is 5 cm or smaller, it is stage iia. If tumor is 5-7 cm, and the rest true, it is stage iib. After that, it is complex!
