Overuse: Tendonitis commonly occurs as an overuse injury. If you have been writing a lot, try typing instead. Maybe this will allow rest in the area that is bothering you, but beware that this may also work the same tendon & cause pain. If so avoid typing as well. Treatment options start with rice, antinflammatories, bracing, stretching, and strengthening (maybe ot or pt). Hope this helps!
