Hello, for the past week the top part of my hand between the thumb and index finger has been incredibly itchy, there is no rash or dry skin or bumps?

Rash on hands for months started on top left hand . Dr thought it was eczema and prescribed Terbaspor topical cream. The rash spread to fingers on both hands then was prescribed presidone, celestamine,advantan & clobex spray. Now worse itchy & hurt
