Needs to be checked: It is very hard to say what is causing itchy palms;red bumpy finger tips.It may be due to a viral infection, contact dermatitis or some other cause. I suggest you get her checked by your family doctor or pediatrician. Does she have bumps on her feet, bumps/sores in mouth.Those parts also needs to be checked and rest of the body as well including temperature.
