Im 24 and work landscape and for past week i noticed a rash on my right hand on my pinky finger its itchy and its like a dark spot and its like spreading to my other finger, its only on my right hand, idk if its because of flower,plant, or lemon?

Contact dermatitis or an allergic reaction may be the underlying cause of the itchy rash on your hands. The plants contain substances which can trigger an inflammatory reaction. Wear gloves, wash hands, and use a topical antihistamine cream after discussion with your PCP. Watch for peeling, drainage and swelling. Please follow up, and if the area appears infected see a physician right away.
