Hello, for the past week the top part of my hand between the thumb and index finger has been incredibly itchy, there is no rash or dry skin or bumps?

Itchy: Two choices: 1: Go to the nearest Pharmacy and they are very likely to recommend some cream or similar. Cost is low. 2: If you don't like that idea please go to the nearest Emergency facility. Not my first choice.
