Told i have diverticuli, a spot on my liver, and thickening of the sigmoid. is this serious?

May not be: It is not uncommon to see benign spots on the liver. Yet if there is any suspected mass/lump in the colon, it requires to be checked with further tests like a colonoscopy. Of course our concern is to rule out cancer but you are so young it is unlikely that we will find anything seriously wrong. But you need to be sure that all is well.
