Mild perhaps: Mild crampy gas pain is not unexpected. It should resolve as you pass gas and not last longer than a day. If you have worsening pain or severe pain with couhging, bending etc., or fevers/chills you should contact your doctor and obtain an xray or ct scan to rule out a perforation.
