May be normal: Thge prep may be highlighting the painful area by stimulating it from inside the gut. The colonoscopy should find the problem.

Jan 22nd I experienced a very severe pain in my RLQ. I received a colonoscopy- came back normal. CT scan showed swollen lymph nodes in stomach, elevated white blood cell count, appendix normal. Recurring pain has not improved. Whats going on?
