is argon plasma coagulation treatment useful for radiation proctitis and is it dangerous? does it bring any side effects?

Treatment of choice: Apc is the treatment of choice for complicated radiation proctitis not responding to medications. It is very safe, but like any procedures can have sid effects such as infection an increased bleeding.
