Where should you have pain if you have colon cancer?

Anywhere in the: Abdomen depending on the size and invasion of the cancer, and the other organs it can affect. By the time colon cancer causes pain, it is way too advanced for a cure. That is why you need to have tests such as fecal occult blood and colonsocpy for early diagnosis while the cancer is curable.
