See your MD: Any breast mass or breast pain must be evaluated by your md. Don't presume that a breast mass or breast pain is a blocked milk duct. It is unlikely you are nursing at age 48 but not impossible. You need a mammogram and ultrasound of the breast and examination by your healthcare provider for any complaint of breast pain, especially becasue it is only in one breast. Please don't delay !
