I'm 20 y/o f, i was wondering how my breast are supposed to feel? i do regular self exams. i feel a knot or is it like the milk duct things

Most experts do NOT: recommend breast self exams particularly at your age. Virtually no one age 20 has breast cancer, but everyone feels lumps. Unless you have several close relatives with breast or ovarian cancer (indicating familial breast cancer risk) I would not do BSE.
