Could be anything: Pain in throat sometime only can be from allergies, viral infections, gastr esophageal reflux etc and if it is persitant see your doctor to find the cause.

Sometimes throat bone pops& gets uncomfortable.I push it side to side. Sounds like popping, or cracking. Also sometimes sounds like fizzing in throat?
I'm not actually sure if I have a throat lump but when I push on the right and left side of my throat it makes like a crunching sound. It almost feels like it's cracking or something. Like cartilege rubbing together? I don't know.
When i move my upper body side to side i get breathing sound coming out of my mouth i can feel it in my throat sometimes it hurts my chest if I do it?
