Over 51% Raw: Has been found to be one of the most effective ways to lose weight and keep it off. I suggest having at least 12 oz of protein a day (fish, whey, rice protein, eggs and some meat) as well as 8 cups of veggies (greens, kale spirulina, asparagus, spinach and colorful veggies) and plant and fish based fat. Green tea as well as white tea and cocoa and hemp protein are also very healthy and helpful.
