Vitamin B Weight Los: The best way to reduce weight is to reduce your calories and increase your exercise. Everything else is much less important despite the promotions, advertisements, and quackery suggesting magic bullets in order to lose weight. In addition, your diet should well balanced so that additional supplements are not needed. Work with your physician or a dietician for a diet and exercise program for you.

Somewhat: Any weight loss plan requires adequate nutrition, but in the end, it requires more calories going out than coming in. B vitamins are necessary for energy levels and metabolism. If you have low energy levels, you probably won't want to exercise. Exercise increases the bodies metabolic rate. If you do not have enough b vitamins, you will not be able to maintain the metabolic rate.
