Somewhat: Any weight loss plan requires adequate nutrition, but in the end, it requires more calories going out than coming in. B vitamins are necessary for energy levels and metabolism. If you have low energy levels, you probably won't want to exercise. Exercise increases the bodies metabolic rate. If you do not have enough b vitamins, you will not be able to maintain the metabolic rate.
