Nose Stopped up: Over the counter saline sprays, oral decongestants, such as pseudoephedrine, and best are decongestant nose sprays life Vicks or afrin. Both contain oxymetazoline, but be careful, use longer than five days may contribute to stuffy nose. If you are stopped up regularly, go see you primary care provider. Still stopped up? Go see and ear, nose and throat doctor. We love looking up stuffy noses.
