Yes: Pleuritic pain( pain due to inflammation of pleura) can get transmitted to the shoulder tip sometimes if the diaphragm is involved. Sometimes the pain can be also transmitted to the shoulder blade. Pleura is the membranous covering of the lungs as well as the underside of the ribs.

Pleurisy: Several muscles, including the serratus anterior, serratus posterior, latissimus, pectoralis, etc. Ride close to the chest wall and attach to the shoulder region. They can be affected by painful chest excursion.
