Remedies for headaches - i'm at the office?

No one answer: There is no one cure-all for headaches. It may depend on the type of headach. Many people use otc pain relievers for mild occasional headaches, but if it is more severe or recurrs a lot there can b risks of even otc meds and going to a neurologist to determine the cause of headache will lead to best treatment. Meds, caffeine withdrawal, muscle tension, vision problems etc must be considered.
