I have had migraine all my life. recently every morning on my way to office i have this bad feeling in my head. usually it goes away later or turns to a headache. is it migraine? what should i do? i exercise daily for an hour in the morning?

Interfering issues?: It's necessary to review all your current/new medications or diets that you are using for migraine to determine if something is interfering with your blood pressure or blood glucose level in the morning: both situations can cause the symptoms that you are describing. Consult your physician if this persists.
