Bloody crust: Dried, caked blood from the surgery will cake inside the nose. Ask for instructions about what to do about it. Should use the CPAP while you are sleeping. Yes, that means now unless you have nasal pillows that put pressure on the nose. Ask for a different mask while healing if uncomfortable.
