Talk to the employer: Indoor environmental quality is a measurement of the inside air that can affect a person's health, comfort, and ability to work. It is your employer's responsibility to inspect and test the ventilation, heating and air conditioning systems (to make sure it is working according to specifications for building and safety requirements).
