Hard to say: It is really hard to say, particularly when cramping is usually used to describe a muscular pain rather than a bone. I would consider being checked where usually a detailed exam and xray can determine the cause. It may represent arthritis at the acromiclavicular or sternoclavicular joint among many other potential causes. Thank you for the question.
