Raynaud's: There is a condition called raynaud's syndrome in which exposure to cold may cause a decrease in hand and/or feet blood flow. This makes them colder, may sting or feel numb and sometimes causes the skin color to be redder than usual.Sometimes bluer and even a sharp white. Check with your pediatrician.
