No suppositories: Preferably not. How much formula is she taking?At two weeks of age she should be taking approximately 2 -3 ounces 6 times daily.

Formula: It is normal for her to have more formed stools with a change from breast milk to formula. I would suggest keeping her well hydrated and follow up with your pediatrician. There is no need for any supplemental water at this age.
